Mounting Clips are perfect for recessed housings that do not have an anchor to hook or mount trims and downlights to. Housings and trims are not always the same. They have different mounting methods and uses. More and more recessed trims and downlights utilize mounting methods that include clips that must hook inside the housing. For housings that lack this, the mounting clip can provide the secured flanges needed for trims and downlight installation. Works with new construction and remodel housings. Mounting Clips are sold as a pair of two and are designed for easy installation and a universal fit.
