The airtight seal helps protect electrical components and insulate your home to keep warm or cool air from escaping into the attic or rafters. The 17551A trim produces a genuine, finished look without compromising the efficiency of the light source. The 17551A is designed to fit standard 6-inch recessed housings using the included torsion v-springs for installation. The 17551A measures 7.5-inches in diameter with an open aperture of 6-inches. Use with any of NICORÂ’s 6-inch recessed housings for a perfect match, or use with an existing 6-inch recessed housing. The 17551A is protected by NICOR's 1 Year Limited Warranty.
